Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Twiggs County does not use one single search portal for every court file. Superior Court and juvenile records route through the Clerk of Superior Court in Jeffersonville. Probate Court handles estates, marriage applications, traffic citations, guardianships, conservatorships, vital-record functions, and weapons carry matters. Magistrate Court handles warrants, first appearances, bond hearings, small civil claims, evictions, garnishments, and related preliminary matters. Sheriff's records, jail custody, incident reports, and warrant questions follow a separate law-enforcement path.
